Shipping Policy


What do you ship?
All items found on our Shop are physical items that we ship.

When do you ship?
Orders are typically processed the next full business day, Monday thru Friday. All orders containing whole bean coffee will ship on a Tuesday or Thursday, in order to send you the freshest roasted coffee possible.

Where do you ship to?
We ship to all 50 states with in the United States, as well as Canada. For order inquiries outside of North America, please contact us.

How do you ship?
We ship via USPS, and UPS.

Rates to ship?
Shipping rates vary by order and destination. Shipping options will appear during checkout.

In-store pick up option?
If you select Free Local Pickup during checkout, you agree to pick up your order at Woods Coffee’s home office, located at 191 18th St. Lynden, WA. 98264. If you are not able to do so after placing an order for Local Pickup, contact us at your earliest convenience so arrange another option.

Return Policy


Do the the nature of coffee, we are unable to accept returns on whole bean coffee. However, if you have any issues with your coffee, or if there are errors in your order, please contact us at (360) 933-1855 within two days of receiving your order.

For non-coffee merchandise, returns must be done within 30 days of the purchase date. Online orders can only be returned to our home office. Please email your order number, name, reason for a return/exchange, and any additional details to info@woodscoffee.com, or call us at (360) 933-1855. We will contact you with information on how your return will be processed.

When do items need to be returned?
If there is an error in your order, or you would like to return a non-coffee item, please contact us at (360) 933-1855 within two (2) days of receiving your order.

We will not refund the price of shipping.

Credit for returns?
Approved refunds will be credited to the same method in which your order was placed. Please allow 8-10 business days for refunds to appear on your statements.
