Refund Policy
When do coffee items need to be returned?
Due to the nature of coffee, we are unable to accept returns on whole bean coffee. However, if you have any issues with your coffee, or if there are errors in your order, please contact us at (360) 933-1855 within two days of receiving your order.
When do non-coffee items need to be returned?
If there is an error in your order, or you would like to return a non-coffee item, please contact us at (360) 933-1855. Returns must be completed within 30 days of the purchase date. Online orders can only be returned to our home office. Please email your order number, name, reason for a return/exchange, and any additional details to info@woodscoffee.com, or call us at (360) 933-1855. We will contact you with information on how your return will be processed.

Do you refund shipping for returns?
We will not refund the price of shipping.
How are returns credited?
Approved refunds will be credited to the same method in which your order was placed. Please allow 8-10 business days for refunds to appear on your statements.
